  • We have a core team of personnel that we have been trained and briefed at Innocent that we use for all their activity.
  • We hold a staff briefing twice a year to train up new staff and retrain existing personnel.
  • We manage all aspects of activity from liasing with stores, ordering sampling product & POS, collating report forms and producing results for all activity.
  • Results are produced on a weekly basis and presented back to Innocent at a monthly meeting.
